If you are an experienced sales pro with strong technical chops, we’d like to invite you to learn more about Netop and our Regional Sales Manager position.
For over 30 years, Netop has created and delivered industry-leading remote access software. Our new Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our high-end product to customers for whom regulatory compliance, providing remote support to end users, managing networks and maintaining security are primary concerns. Netop Remote Control is used by IT teams worldwide for fast, secure remote control of computers and servers and by engineers for remote access into kiosks, POSs, ATMs and other devices.
Netop’s customer base comprises large companies within the retail, financial and manufacturing verticals. We provide the solution of choice for complex network environments where performance, stability and security are essential. Your ability to understand network connectivity, the day-to-day pain points of IT professionals and different industry compliance standards will contribute to your success.
You will be building and developing your own client portfolio and developing new opportunities within our existing customer base. You will independently conduct a solution-oriented sales process from start to finish. You will analyze, plan and follow up on your own accounts and conduct presentations, build solution quotes and finalize contract negotiations as part of your normal solution-oriented sales process. Our technical pre-sales and product managers will support you in connection with the presentations and customer meetings.
This position reports to the EVP and is based in our offices in downtown Portland, Oregon. The candidate can be remote if all the right boxes are checked. Candidates must be able to travel 20% of the time for meetings with customers and prospects.
Strong candidates will demonstrate the following:
· Experience as an enterprise account manager or regional sales manager
· An appropriate level of technical understanding and experience working with IT professionals
· Success nurturing and expanding existing customer accounts to increase revenue generation
· Previous experience in selling IT services to larger organizations using value-oriented sales processes
· Experience at navigating and closing business directly with multiple decision-makers
· An entrepreneurial bent - a self-starter who prefers to get things done without being micromanaged
· High energy, team spirit, ambition and a focus on results
· Bachelor Degree required
