Netop opens WebConnect beta test to customers

Current Netop Remote Control customers are invited to be the first to see the new version of WebConnect.  WebConnect is a connection service that allows Netop users to reach any machine across the internet - even those on unmanaged networks.  With WebConnect, support teams can use Netop applications to support customers without reconfiguring firewalls or compromising security.

Netop WebConnect 2.0 provides enhanced security, faster connectivity and the ability to capture real-time data from devices.  For technical service teams this means faster first call resolution times and improved ability to support out-of-network end users.  WebConnect's outbound, web-friendly communication allows support agents to access target devices wherever they are located without reconfiguring firewalls.
