Sales of Plan-It lesson planning software discontinued

After careful consideration, Netop has made the decision to discontinue sales of Plan-It effective January 1, 2009. This lesson-planning software, originally developed by GenevaLogic, had a very limited customer base and had not kept up with industry developments.

Educators who are looking for lesson-planning software to use in conjunction with computerized teaching are encouraged to evaluate Netop School6, which includes significant capabilities for lesson planning and preparation, along with a full suite of classroom management tools.

Information for Plan-It customers

Per Netop's policy:

• New licenses of Plan-It can no longer be purchased.
• No upgrade or support contracts were provided with Plan-It and there is  no direct upgrade or replacement for this product. 
• The source code is frozen and will not be recompiled again.
• Existing customers may continue to download copies of Plan-It from this Web site in 2009. 
• The product will be terminated effective January 1, 2010.

Existing customers may download additional copies of Plan-It as needed.  Please do not download this software if you do not already have a license. Plan-It is not compatible with recent updates to Vision6 or with Windows Vista and has been discontinued.
