After careful evaluation, Netop has made the decision to discontinue sales of Netop Process Control effective January 1, 2009. 

Per Netop's policy:

• New licenses can no longer be purchased.
• Additional licenses to NOLP agreements can no longer be purchased.
• Netop Upgrade Insurance for Netop Process Control can no longer be purchased or renewed.
• Technical support continues to be available for customers with valid existing NUI agreements through the period of the agreement.
• The source code is frozen and will not be recompiled again.
• Existing customers may continue to download copies of Netop Process Control from this Web site.
• Knowledge Base articles may still be accessed from this Web site, but will not be updated.
• The product will be terminated effective January 1, 2010.

The program does not contain a serial number of any kind and cannot be installed/executed without one.
