Netop OnSight Legacy Product Support

Netop OnSight was discontinued as a product effective July 31, 2009. Per Netop's policy, this means: 

  • New licenses can no longer be purchased.
  • Additions to existing licenses can no longer be purchased.
  • Netop Upgrade Insurance for OnSight can no longer be purchased or renewed.
  • Technical support continues to be available for customers with valid existing NUI agreements through the period of the agreement.
  • The source code is frozen and will not be recompiled again.
  • Existing customers may continue to download copies of Netop OnSight from this Web site until the product is terminated.
  • Knowledge Base articles may still be accessed from this Web site, but will not be updated.
  • The product will be terminated effective July 31, 2010.

 


Knowledge Base

Netop is in the process of porting content about OnSight from the GenevaLogic Knowledge Base into the Netop Knowledge Base. At present, please continue to check the GenevaLogic Knowledge Base for information on OnSight.

 


Latest releases

Note: This product has been discontinued, there will be no further updates or releases. If using OnSight, please be aware that it is not compatible with the Windows Vista operating system, nor with Windows XP service pack 3, nor with Windows 7. Only existing customers should download OnSight, as the product is no longer available for purchase.
