Locating a Log File
Instructions for finding and sending a log file for a Netop product
Live Communicator
Users can access them by clicking on the "report a bug" feature from the Live Communicator main window.
It's also possible to get the file from the local disk:
Windows Vista users - C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Netop\LiveCommunicator\Logs
Windows XP users - C:\Document and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\Local settings\Netop\LiveCommunicator\Logs
