Locating a Version or Build Number
You may be asked to provide a product version number or build number to help technical support resolve your issue.
For the products listed below, use this method to find your number.
Netop Remote Control & Netop School
From the Help menu within the program, select About. If the software has a build number it will likely be in parentheses after the version number.
Vision6 and ProtectOn2*
Vision and many other products, go to the Help menu, then select About to see a screen similar to the one below.
*If you are on a version of Vision older than 6.5.0 and ProtectOn Version 2.1 and you are having difficulty finding your version number, please call technical support.
