Locating a Serial Number/License Key

You may be asked to provide a product license key to receive technical support or to resolve licensing questions.

For the products listed below, use this method to find your number. Register Product

 


Netop Remote Control & Netop School 

From the Help menu within the program, select About.

 


Vision6 and ProtectOn2* 

Start menu > Programs > GenevaLogic > GenevaLogic Licensing Utility

*If you are on a version of Vision older than 6.5.0 and ProtectON Version 2.1 and you are having difficulty finding your version number, please call technical support.


Netop Asset Control 

From the help menu with the program, select license.
