The Netop Upgrade Insurance program is a software maintenance offer that helps your organization leverage your Netop software investment through a broad range of benefits. From free technical support to free software upgrades and license management, the NUI program will help you increase your organization's productivity and performance, and improve your Netop software return on investment.

The NUI program ensures your access to the latest technical developments in the Netop products and provides you with priority ranking on your free and unlimited technical support.


Upgrade protection

As a NUI program customer you are entitled to software upgrades and release documentation, ensuring that your Netop product is always operating with the most recent software release.

Helpdesk support

As a NUI program customer you have online access to our technical support. Trained helpdesk professionals are at your full disposal during business hours Monday to Friday.

On-site support

In rare instances where a support case cannot be handled by phone or remote access, on-site support is an option at a previously agreed charge.

Informative e-mails

You will receive technical bulletins, quarterly newsletters  and e-mails with new product information, case studies, training and special offers. Subscribers can change their subscription preferences or opt out of all e-mails at any time.

Priority ranking

As a NUI program customer you are recognized at our help desk and will receive priority over non-program callers.

Web site access

On our Knowledge Base you can access and retrieve product documentation, software updates, technical support info and frequently asked questions.

License management

As a NUI program customer you are entitled to free license management. If you need to reinstall or upgrade your Netop installation and for some reason have misplaced your Netop serial number, the Netop Sales Support office will locate and resend your serial number free of charge. If the serial number cannot be located, Customer Support can regenerate the serial number at a cost of $100.
