We encourage our customers to use the most current release of Netop Remote Control. Upgrades and technical support are available at no charge for one year after purchase of a Netop license and included with the Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade program.
Customers who are using older versions of Netop Remote Control may upgrade to the most recent version and the upgrade price, as long as the version they are currently using has not been terminated by Netop. Currently, Netop Remote Control version 11 and higher are eligible for upgrades.
Netop Remote Control version 9.5 and earlier versions have been terminated and are not eligible for technical support or upgrade pricing. For more information on Netop's upgrade policy, click here.
