End of Life for "Hosted" Version of Name Server

On March 31st, 2014, we are retiring the “hosted” version of Netop Name Server in favor of WebConnect. Beginning April 1st, 2014, the Name Server will no longer be available in a hosted version but customers hosting their own version will continue to be supported.

Netop Remote Control upgrade policy

Netop encourages customers to stay current with the latest version of Netop Remote Control. Upgrades and technical support are free for customers who have purchased Netop Remote Control within the last year, or who have a current Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade policy.

Customers using an older version of Netop Remote Control may purchase an upgrade to the latest version at the upgrade price, as long as that version has not been terminated by Netop. Currently versions 10 and higher of Netop Remote Control are eligible for upgrades.

Version 9.5, and all older versions of Netop Remote Control have been terminated, and are not eligible for technical support or upgrade pricing. To upgrade a terminated version you will need to purchase a new license for Netop Remote Control.
