Per Rank, Country Manager for North and South America
Per Rank joins the NetOp Tech team as the Country Manager for North and South America.  Per brings over 30 years of experience to this role, including 12 years with NetOp, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.  Most recently at NetOp, Per served as the Head of Product Management.  Prior to this, he was responsible for building sales and marketing in the Germanic and Nordic regions, where he grew sales by more than 50%.  While at NetOp, Per was instrumental in helping NetOp obtain Computerworld awards based on growth in sales, EBITA and results per employee.  Before joining NetOp, Per was the Director of Sales and Marketing for PC COM-SEC (now Syscom Group) where he established a market leading position in remote control technology.  Per holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Biology.

Lori Hogue, Channel Manager for Central Region US, Mexico and South America
Lori Hogue comes to NetOp Tech with 10 years of solid experience in the North American Partner Channel. Most recently, she served as National Account Manager for McAfee, supporting some of their top Large Account Reseller partners. While at McAfee she was also able to assist in the development and roll out of their award winning channel program. Prior to joining McAfee in 2004, she held the position as Business Development Manager for one of Software Spectrum's top 10 vendors.

Paula Stolhand, Channel Manager for East Region US and Eastern Canada
Paula Stolhand brings to NetOp Tech over 8 years of solid experience in project management, human resources, account management and sales training. While at Domtar, Inc, Paula oversaw all national offices, leases and expenses exceeding $10 million. During the Domtar/Georgia Pacific acquisition that led to annual sales of about $6 billion, Paula was an integral part of the hiring task force team. She also assessed, designed and executed training programs for the national sales team

Steve Sutherland, Inside Sales Coordinator US
Steve Sutherland joins NetOp Tech as the Inside Sales Coordinator working in the North American Partner Channel, and is responsible for residual business. Most recently, he spent 2 years in sales at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc working in B2B sales. Steve organized and implemented local marketing and promotional events with both vendors and customers. While at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., he was also in charge of financial analysis of day to day operations for a branch with an annual revenue exceeding $6 million. Steve graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Marketing.  

Dennis Gilligan, Inside Sales Coordinator US
Dennis Gilligan joins the NetOp Tech team as an Inside Sales Coordinator working with the North American Partner Channel on residual business. Prior to joining NetOp Tech, Dennis held roles of increasing importance with Wells Fargo Financial, where he lead the district in sales and was one of the top performing regional Senior Credit Managers. He was also awarded Employee of the Month on several occasions due to his superior sales, team building and project management skills. Dennis graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications.

Alex Sibincic, Support Engineer
Alex Sibincic brings 12 experience in network technologies to his role as Support Engineer at NetOp Tech. Alex has worked for major financial services and legal firms including the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and McDermott Will & Emery. At McDermott Will & Emery, he participated in many projects including one of the largest document management deployments in the world. Alex has many years of experience with application integration and is certified in Microsoft (MCSE), Linux and Novell technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from UIC.

Rich Mobley, Support Engineer/Graphic Designer
Rich Mobley brings over 10 years experience to his role of Support Engineer at NetOp Tech. Rich was formerly a Network and System Administrator for a video production company and has over 10 years experience in Chicago’s post production industry as a Graphic Designer and Editor for nationally broadcast commercials, television shows and independent films. His clients have included Anheuser-Busch, General Motors, Coca-Cola and Sears. He has a B.S. in Information technology and a B.A. in Film, Video and Audio Production.

Lyda Teruel, Accountant
Adelaida (Lyda) Teruel joins NetOp Tech as the Accountant where she does all accounting and benefit administration. She brings with her years of experience in all phases of accounting and systems functions from a manufacturing environment. Working for KL Industries as Director of Accounting, she supervised all accounting and IT functions, administered benefits and held a key role in controlling costs. She holds a degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines where she originally came from.

Tonya Hottmann, Marketing
Tonya Hottmann joins NetOp Tech as the head of marketing for the Americas. Most recently, Tonya headed global marketing efforts for E.H. Wachs Company. At Wachs, she headed a global re-branding effort and launched a new line of products. Prior to this, Tonya held senior level marketing positions at 4Access Communications, KSolutions and Accenture’s DotCom Launch Center and ran her own marketing consulting business. Tonya holds a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Finance and Decision Sciences/Statistics.
