	Kurt Groth Bager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Born in 1963. Chief Executive Officer since March 2008. Has since 2000 been employed as General Manager at the American-based IT company, EMC. Kurt Groth Bager is well-known in the industry with his extensive experience in sales and marketing of IT solutions, and he has many years of international leadership experience from several European countries.

	Kent Madsen, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Kent Madsen joined Netop in May 2008 with a solid track record from the IT industry as well as managerial and operational skills from the Royal Danish Air Force, where, among other things, he was recruited to lead NATO´s only military unit in Europe. Most recently, Kent Madsen served as Technical Director with Cisco Systems Denmark. Prior to working with Cisco, Kent Madsen worked 6 years with EMC, where he was Director of Nordic Technical Service and Development.

	Claus Finderup Grove, Financial Director (CFO) Born in 1967. Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. Msc Economics (Cand Polit). Claus Finderup Grove has previously worked in Hong Kong as Director in the shipping company Clipper Group. Prior to joining the Clipper Group in 2005, Mr Grove worked with A. P. Møller in a number of finance positions in Denmark, Malaysia and Italy.
