New Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Danware
Kent Madsen joins Danware/NetOp as new CTO as of 1 June 2008. Kent Madsen brings with him more than 20 years of management experience and a unique combination of technical and operational leadership skills.
Copenhagen, May 22, 2008 - Kent Madsen joins Danware/NetOp with a solid track record from the IT industry as well as managerial and operational skills from the Royal Danish Air Force, where, among other things, he was recruited to lead NATO´s only military unit in Europe.
Most recently, Kent Madsen served as Technical Director with Cisco Systems Denmark, focusing on leading change from product-oriented selling to a solutions-oriented sales approach. Prior to working with Cisco, Kent Madsen worked 6 years with EMC. Starting as Northern Europe Program Manager, he quickly excelled by delivering several accomplishments in the revenue generating and customer satisfaction areas. When leaving EMC, he held the position of Director of Nordic Technical Service and Development.
