Danish software voted best on the market by Spanish IT journal

Danware once again wins wide recognition for its software products – leading Spanish IT journal, PC&I has recommended NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 as the best remote control solution among nine competing products.

Birkerød, March 10, 2008 - Through the years, Danware's software products have won a number of prestigious awards in Denmark and internationally, most recently in Spain. The Spanish IT Journal, Personal Computer & Internet (PC&I) has assessed nine different remote control products and has selected Danware's NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 as the best on the market. NetOp® Remote Control enables remote control of one or more computers from another computer and is typically used for network control, system management, and technical support.

"Naturally, we are very pleased with the positive assessment of NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 and, not least, with the fact that our product beats recognised brands, such as Symantec pcAnywhere and Windows Remote Desktop. Our product being voted the best on the market only makes us work even harder to improve our products, and, for example, in 2008, we will be focussing on making NetOp® Remote Control even more flexible - not least with regard to licensing", says CEO Kurt Bager, Danware.

According to PC&I, NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 is the most comprehensive solution among the nine assessed products. This is, not least, because NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 offers a "perfect combination of a number of different security measures". Moreover, the program has "an excellent performance that enables the administrator to control the screen of the remote system in real time".

Finally, NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 features several important functions, including the possibility of sending messages without preceding connection, just as the system enables the administrator to gather information on existing hardware and software products on the computers of the network and get a list of these products, which can then be exported to a database for further analysis.

Excellent graphics and communication
PC&I especially emphasizes that NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 is very easy to install and that its functions are very useful.

Furthermore, its graphic interface is assessed to be "extremely good", just as the speed of file transfers is very satisfactory. Especially, the communication between the administrator and the end-user works very well, in connection with both voice and text chat.

All in all, NetOp® Remote Control 9.0 gets a total score of 8.6 out of 10 possible points and thereby is the test winner.

NetOp® Remote Control was launched for the first time in 1988 and since then, it has undergone a number of improvements and updates. In 2008, NetOp® Remote Control will be made even more flexible, for instance, with regard to its price structure, and it will be tailored even more for individual customer's needs.
