NetOp Mobile & Embedded Host Modul

Remote control - screen display on a computer with installed NetOp Guest, adoption of control via keyboard and mouse, starting and ending programs.

Bidirectional file transfer - copying, moving, synchronising, cloning and delta transfer of files.

Inventory - read out of software and hardware equipment of the device including battery charge condition and WiFi signal strength.

Help request - configurable hotkey for quick and easy request for help from the helpdesk.

Instant messaging - integrated text chat for exchanging messages.

Event logging - logging of remote session on the device or centrally via the NetOp Security Server.

Stealth mode - deactivation of the graphic user interface for the prevention of accidental intervention by the user.

NetOp Mobile & Embedded Guest Modul

Remote control - display of host desktop (with zoom function), adoption of mouse and keyboard (incl. function buttons), transmission of commands, starting/ending programs as well as log-off, shut down, restart of host.

Remote management - full access to system control, services, registry, task manager, event protocols, releases and consoles.

Inventory - remote-controlled collection of hardware and software information.

Bidirectional file transfer - file manager with drag & drop function and delta transfer for copying, moving, synchronising and cloning of files.

Instant messaging - integrated text chat for exchanging messages.

Kiosk mode - automatic connection and recovery, password protection for quitting full screen mode and disconnection.

Address book - management of connection data for frequently-used hosts.

Installation, configuration & security

Easy installation & configuration - installation via Active Sync or download from a web server. Offline configuration by means of NetOp Mobile Manager provided.
