Information for configuration of NetOp On Demand Trial Host:

The following information is used for configuration of your customized version of the Host. The Host is the module that the client user (the person that needs help) must run from a web server. It uses HTTP and needs to contact the correct IP address and port number in order to successfully send the Help Request to the Help Provider Guest.

Public IP address or DNS to reach your Help Provider (Guest). If you plan to place the Help Provider behind a firewall/router you must type the firewall's or router's public IP address e.g. 123.123.123.123 or DNS name e.g. mydomain.com. If you do not know the public address of your router, open your internet browser and type whatismyip.com and press <Enter>. The browser will return your IP address. If you have a dynamic IP address you may want to sign on to a DNS service like www.dyndns.com, www.no-ip.com etc.
You must type a valid address: *

Do not type an email address in this field!

The port number to use. If you plan to place the Help Provider behind a firewall/router you must type the port number that the firewall/router will forward to the Help Provider. The default port number is 80: *
