Welcome to yet another newsletter from Danware, which focuses on the 2006 annual report and some of the exciting activities that have been launched during the past few months.
Danware recently published the 2006 annual report, which revealed a growth of revenue by DKK 6.6m in 2006, equal to a 7.2% improvement over 2005. We should all be very proud of the positive figures – despite the fact that some media chose to focus on the drop of earnings, which was expected by Danware see.
We have fully lived up to our plan of strategy, which entailed the establishment of several subsidiaries and an intensified focus on increasing our number of partners. Danware has established subsidiaries in the US, UK and Germany and has made strategically important distribution agreements with partners in Spain, Italy, Australia/New Zealand, Russia and the Czech Republic – and we expect to make even more agreements in the nearest future.
The rise in turnover is partly due to new agreements with OEM customers and successful acquisitions of new products. Last year, Danware acquired company CURSUM that has developed an IT platform, which makes it possible for companies to develop, implement and manage online training courses and education processes for employees, customers and partners. We have great expectations to the product, which was recently launched under the name of NetOp® Learning Center. Read more about this exciting product in this newsletter.
Danware has entered into a very important partnership with Danish distributor Trigono that will take over the distribution to the major part of our Danish resellers. Moreover, Danware has signed a Gold Partner agreement with Swedish IT company Nocom Software, which is expected to increase Danware’s business activities in the Nordic market.
Moreover, NetOp® Remote Control and CURSUM have been honoured with awards in Germany, Sweden and Denmark. Read also more about NetOp® Learning Center, which is another exciting addition to our E-learning-family, which so far counts NetOp® Instruct and NetOp® School.
Finally, you can read much more about Danware’s Partner Kick Off, which took place in Portugal from April 17-19, 2007 – find out which partners were awarded for their outstanding contribution to the success of Danware.
We hope that you will enjoy reading this newsletter.
Yours sincerely
