Live Guide 5.5

Version 5.5 of Netop Live Guide was released in the Americas on January 16, 2012, and globally on January 22, 2012.

Operator previews of forms and texts

Operators are able to preview what customers are typing as they type.  Operators can also preview completed customer forms prior to initiating chat.  Live Guide customer forms have been redesigned for better user experience.

Spell check

Operators can automatically check the spelling of messages they send to customers.  Supported languages include English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Improved security: IP address restrictions

For extra security, administrators can restrict access to the Administration Console or Operator Console to specific IP addresses.
