1. How do I transfer my free trial into a paid subscription?

2. What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, and Diners International credit cards are all accepted.  For yearly subscription purchases, you can also choose to pay offline via a bank transfer by providing a PO number.

3. How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, please contact your local Netop sales office.

4. How do I change my subscription?

Please contact your local Netop sales office to add operators or make other changes to your subscription.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Live Guide subscription, please contact your local Netop sales office. All cancellations will be made in accordance to the Netop End User License Agreement, which is accepted at point of purchase.
