Introducing the newest release of Live Guide. Version 5.7 is available April 30th in the Americas and worldwide on May 6th.

New features

In addition to the features you're already familiar with from previous versions of Live Guide, the release of 5.7 includes three new features.

API Access

To make integration with CRM, ticketing, and analytics systems easier, we've created three APIs for access to data from chats.

Adjustable Video Window Size

Earlier releases of Live Guide made it possible for operators to adjust the size of their video windows.  Live Guide 5.7 lets customers adjust their video window size.

Improved Operator Notifications

If Internet service is disrupted, operators will receive immediate notification on top of the operator console.
