Version 5.1.1 of Netop Live Guide is introduced Jan 16, 2011.
Netop Live Guide 5.1.1 does not require any installation. You will automatically be upgraded to the new version.

What's new in version 5.1.1
Pre Chat form preview
Operators are able to preview the information, from pre-chat forms. This allows companies to better filter and route chat request to the right people and provide better service.
Chat Sneak-peek
The chat sneak-peek enables operators to see what visitors are typing before their message is sent. This feature allows operators to easily anticipate what a visitor is going to ask, which results in much faster and more accurate responses
Spell Checker
A spell checker has been included for the following languages:
- English
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Italian
This will show up in the typing area for the operators.
