Today Danware A/S announces the final negotiations with Medianet Innovations about a global and exclusive distribution agreement, which is expected to become effective as of July 1, 2008. The agreement will position Danware as one of the most innovative vendors in the rapidly growing unified communications market.
Copenhagen, June 9, 2008 – Danish software company Danware is negotiating a distribution agreement with the US/Danish communication software company Medianet Innovations. With the agreement Danware embeds a strong partner specialized in secure online communication being in the forefront of developing unified communication and collaboration tools. Danware will take over employees and business engagements in Medianet Innovations’ regional offices in Slagelse and Aarhus, Denmark as well as 23 developers in Romania.
“The products of Medianet Innovations and Netop make a perfect match, because Medianet Innovations specializes in secure online communication. Medianet Innovations adds another valuable dimension to the Netop portfolio of remote solutions with their pallet of unified communication products. Furthermore, the agreement provides access to and secures strategically important market shares in the U.S. and Northern Europe,” says CEO Kurt Bager, Danware.
Medianet Innovations is a global software company, headquartered in the U.S., and present in the Danish, Romanian, UK and Northern European markets addressing the financial and public sectors.
