New Community Forum and Knowledge Base Provide Resources for Educators

Today Netop introduced two new resources for educators who work with Netop classroom management software.  

The new Netop Knowledge Base provides answers to the most commonly asked technical support questions, as well as a central repository for manuals and documentation. Educators will find more than 130 articles about Vision and MyVision classroom management software already posted, with information on Netop School and other products coming soon. Netop's technical support team will continue to post articles and tips to the Knowledge Base, so that educators can find help for common technical support issues here, at your fingertips, on your own schedule. 

Netop also introduced a Classroom Management Community Forum, which provides educators with an interactive area to discuss classroom management, get tips and share best practices. The forum focuses on the needs of teachers, librarians, administrators and school IT staff who use, or are considering using classroom management software.  Within this forum educators will find areas to discuss:

  • Best practices for classroom management at every grade level
  • Tips and tricks for using classroom management software
  • Netop School, Vision and MyVision technical support questions
  • Feedback and feature requests for classroom management software
  • News and information of interest to educators

To help introduce educators to the Classroom Management Community Forum, Netop is sponsoring a contest for educators in February and March 2011, with prizes for the first 50 educators to contribute posts, and additional prizes for the best posts. Contest details and rules will be posted on the forum.
