As a Developer you will:

Netop is actively searching for QA Engineers. The QA Engineer is responsible with the corrective action for software testing processes or procedures by making sure software functionality conforms to accompanying specifications. Through testing procedures ensures products or applications are bug free and stable.

As a QA Engineer you will:
- Analyze business requirements, system specifications and document functional and supplementary requirements in Test Director.
- Detect, report, and track defects in the applications, as well as verify fixes and requirement implementation.
- Perform manual testing of application functionality, regression testing, user acceptance testing and user interface according to specifications and standards.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the development process.
- Configure test environments on multiple platforms.
- Perform Web, GUI and Black Box Testing for the application and report the defects.
- Write positive, negative test case and conduct tests as needed.
- Create Test input requirements and prepare the test data for data driven testing.
- Write modification requests for the bugs in the application and help developers track and resolve the problems.

In order to qualify for the company projects, the QA Engineer must have extensive experience with the testing of Linux, client - server applications and network topology knowledge (protocols and proxies)

Netop is actively searching for an Application GUI Designer. The main responsibilities of the position involve the design, creation and maintenance of graphical user interface for desktop and web-based applications developed by Netop.

Typical day-to-day tasks involve:
-    Assist development teams and product management by creating complete GUI mockups, interactive prototypes, and usage workflows;
-    Supply development teams with required graphical elements (i.e. icons, control skins)
-    Collaborate with product management and marketing for product branding work;
-    Occasionally work on design tasks for the company website or marketing campaigns.

Required skills and experience:
-    User experience credentials;
-    Have a strong design sense and a good feeling for the symmetry and balance of shapes and colors;
-    Have a very good understanding of the basic principles of GUI design;

Netop is actively searching for two Customer Support Specialists within its product support department, to be based in its office in Bucharest.As a Customer Support Specialist you will interact with the customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. You will also handle and resolve customer's complaints.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
– Handle general and technical inquiries on all Netop products.
- Take incoming customer requests (via telephone, email, web, chat or forum), log request.
- Detail onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer.
– Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
– Escalate potential service product issues to appropriate level.
– Work transversal with both development and sales teams to insure best in class service to our customers.

In order to qualify for the company projects, the customer support specialist must have advanced user knowledge of IT environment, at least 2 years of experience in customer facing, high level engagement process and cross team cooperation ability and excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English or German.

Required skills and experience:
- An University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, IT Economics or equivalent fields.
- Minimum 3 years of technical support (Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows/Linux operating systems. Additionally proficient in web based applications and have experience with multiple browsers, i.e. Firefox, Chrome, safari etc.), experience in Apple Mac OS is a plus.
- Familiarity with web portal environments and internet working concepts.
- A customer oriented and patient person who is always paying attention to details.
