Partner Manager, Live Chat
We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our fastest growing business area, live chat.
You thrive on generating new business revenues and you know how to drive market growth through strategic partnerships. You like being challenged and interacting with diverse people with unique perspectives, and last but not least, you seek new opportunities and are ready to embrace change.
As part of our strategy to increase our market presence and expand our sales through partners, we are recruiting an experienced and successful Partner Manager to join our Live Guide sales team based in Birkerød. You will be responsible for generating business revenues across the Nordic region through your partners. Preferably, you already have a strong network of people you know within web agencies, providers of web content management systems, customer service centers or other types of partners/resellers within those business areas. The key to success in this role is your ability to think strategically, drive sales and a strong ability to build, maintain and grow partner relationships.
This role reports to the Live Guide Sales Manager and you will be based in Netop’s corporate headquarters in Birkerød, Denmark.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building, maintaining and growing a network of strategic partners
• Help partners to successfully sell Netop Live Guide to end customers
• Meeting sales goals
• Business planning and strategy
• Managing the ongoing relationship with your partners, including organizing and documenting regular review meetings
Required skills and experience:
• 3- 5 years of partner manager experience
• Documented excellent partner sales results
• International experience
• Excellent in building and growing relationships
• Able to understand and relate to customer needs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent Danish and English language skills (written and verbal)
• Results driven, organized, dependable and self-reliant
• Strong teamwork skills. Works well with others, both locally and globally
