Kurt Groth Bager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kurt Groth Bager is Chief Executive Officer at Netop. Prior to joining Netop, Kurt was an executive with EMC. He has notable achievements in building and developing international businesses for multinational corporations with subsidiaries in different countries. Kurt’s extensive international leadership experience in sales and marketing of IT solutions has been invaluable at Netop.
Kurt has led Netop since 2008, when he joined the company as CEO. He brought in a new management team and launched a turnaround which streamlined operations and focused the company on creating value for customers. At Netop, Kurt inspires his staff to be innovative and to take part in tomorrow’s technologies today.
His original education was as an electronic engineer, but Kurt also holds a bachelor of commerce degree in Management Studies and Public Economics.
Kent Madsen, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Kent Madsen has served as Chief Technology Officer for Netop since 2008. He brings 25+ years of management and leadership experience from technical positions held at EMC, Cisco as well as operational positions in the Air Force. He holds a Master Degree in Strategy and Operations from the Danish Military Academy.
Jesper Slot, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Jesper Slot joined Netop in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. Jesper is a State Authorized Public Accountant and has been working as an auditor and financial advisor for Ernst & Young for 16 years. Jesper has experience in financial reporting and M&A from working with various listed companies.
Marcus Kaber, Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Marcus Kaber is Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing. He has several years of building and managing high performing Sales & Marketing teams across continents. Marcus managed a major restructuring of Netop’s Global Sales and Marketing teams, developed and implemented new go-to-market strategies, which was an integral part of Netop’s turnaround in 2010. At Netop, Marcus encourages responsibility, drive and focus, by setting clear objectives and creating a positive atmosphere where people look to become successful. He has been with Netop since 2006.
