Netop acquired GenevaLogic on July 1, 2008. With this acquisition, Netop has consolidated its position as the worldwide leader in classroom management software.

Development, sales and support continues without interruption
GenevaLogic's popular educational software products, such as Vision6 classroom management software, continue to be offered by Netop. Development, sales and support for these products will continue without interruption. New versions of Vision6 and PrintLimit Pro were released in the fall of 2008 and further developments are underway.
In locations around the world, GenevaLogic's existing sales and support teams have joined with the Netop team to provide an unparalleled level of commitment to our customers. And as the GenevaLogic reseller channel becomes integrated with Netop's worldwide reseller channel, customers in more than 50 countries around the globe will have easy access to GenevaLogic and Netop products.
GenevaLogic products become part of the worldwide Netop brand
Netop has undertaken an overall re-branding of all of the company's products as part of the acquisition of GenevaLogic. We will be working diligently to complete this effort over the course of 2009. For now, GenevaLogic's popular products, such as Vision6 classroom management software, will carry the Netop company brand, and a few products have had minor name changes. For example, Surf-Lock is now known as Vision6 Surf-Lock to better convey its status as a plug-in component to Netop Vision6. Over time you will notice new product logos and packaging as our branding strategy is developed and implemented, but you can rest assured that you'll continue to have access to the full line of our innovative software solutions.
New Netop Web site replaces old GenevaLogic Web site
The newly renovated Netop Web site is designed to seamlessly incorporate all of the information contained on the former GenevaLogic Web site, while giving customers access to a new level of online support. Initially launching in English only, German and French versions of this site will follow later in 2009. Users who have bookmarked pages on the old GenevaLogic Web site will be directed to the appropriate Web pages here.
