Netop School Technical Support

With the release of Netop Vision Pro the next generation classroom management solution that replaces Netop School, Netop has announced the discontinuation of Netop School. As of June 30, 2012 no new and add-on licenses can be purchased and as of January 11, 2013 all versions have been terminated and not eligible for upgrades. Please contact Netop Customer service for a special offer to migrate to the next generation Netop Vision Pro. Technical support is available for customers with active Advantage plans through the end of 2013.

Netop School6 - latest release

Version 6.2.3 of Netop School6, released on February 10, 2012, includes enhancements for the classroom mass deployment, resolves the issue with bypassing the web policies and fixes a variety issues reported by our customers.

License keys: This maintenance release is available at no cost to all Netop School customers with version 6.2 or a valid Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade program. If customers have Netop School version 6.2 installed, no new license key is required.

Netop upgrade and support policy

Netop encourages customers to stay current with the latest version of Netop School, which is Vision Pro. Upgrades to Vision Pro and technical support are free for customers who have a current Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade policy.
