Product End of Sales: Netop MyVision
Netop has made the decision to formally discontinue MyVision BASIC and MyVision FREE. It has been replaced with Netop Vision Pro that supports both platforms Mac and Windows.
Netop MyVision termination plan:
Effective from January 12th, 2016:
- New licenses and add-on licenses cannot be purchased.
- Existing license subscriptions cannot be renewed.
- MyVision Free is no longer accessible
- Technical support will be available until January 12th, 2017 for customers with a valid subscription
- Knowledge Base articles concerning the current version still exist but will not be updated
- The product is terminated after 12 months
Product terminated effective from January 12th, 2017:
- The source code is frozen and will not be recompiled again
- Technical support is no longer available
- The product is officially terminated and will no longer be available in any form
Upgrade to Vision Pro for the price of your MyVision Basic renewal rate
As a MyVision Basic customer with a valid subscription, you will be able to upgrade to Vision Pro for the price of your MyVision renewal rate for 12 months. Once 12 month has passed, you will need to pay the regular Vision Pro renewal rate going forward.
